The Witchery

One of our very first customers when we started in 2010 was The Witchery in Edinburgh. Since then they have bought our hand dived scallops every single week. Chefs and restaurateurs keep small artisan businesses like ours alive and their buying choices have a huge influence on the way food is produced.
