Creel Caught Scottish Lobster

These beautiful blue native lobster are sustainably caught by small creel boats fishing locally from Mull and its surrounding islands and coastlines.  Creeling is by its nature one of the most sustainable forms of fishing – the creels or ‘pots’ cause little or no damage to the surrounding habitat and any unwanted bycatch is released by the fishermen alive back into the sea.

Our lobsters’ beautifully sweet white meat reflects the sparkingly clean, nutrient rich waters of the Scottish West Coast.  As with all shellfish we believe they are at their best simply cooked, either boiled or grilled and served with a home-made mayonnaise and crusty bread (link to how to store and prepare lobster).
