Highland Beef


Reared on the beautiful Glengorm Estate on Mull’s north coast, these Highland cattle lead truly free-range lives! Highland cattle were originally bred in the North West Highlands as they were ideally suited to coping with the adverse climate and poor peaty soil. They have a thick double coat which insulates them against wind and rain and are agile enough to scramble over the rough terrain and browse the heathers and scrub, supplementing the poor upland grass.

Glengorm is one of the oldest and largest folds with pedigree records going back to the late 1800s. Their varied diet and naturally active lives gives their meat a unique and natural flavour.

Priced per pack, each pack contains two steaks, approx 250 gram each.  Other cuts are available on request.
