Stornoway Black Pudding


We are thrilled to be able to bring you of the greatest exports of the Outer Hebrides – the legendary Stornoway Black Pudding! Produced by Charles Macleod butchers the pudding is made with Scottish oatmeal to give a unique texture, and the moist deep flavour is a result of high quality ingredients and fine balance of seasoning.  It is in our opinion the best accompaniment to our hand dived scallops (see Head Chef of The Witchery, Dougie Roberts’ recipe). Available in either 325g or 650g sizes, it is a perfect addition to your weekend breakfast (and scallops are great for breakfast too!)
